I saw some units there in Aug when they started taking ownership. I could not believe the quality of workmanship I saw.... like a cheap condo project. The public corridors were horrible.

poor workmanship or not those agents selling other malton projects would still promote their projects with selling point like "branded" developer blah blah blah

I still like Pavilion Bukit Jalil because of the shopping mall and location, went to see few times already, just feel price a little high, but with poor quality think not going to consider it.

bukit jalil abit over supply, the havre,the earth,skyluxe,the tropika... but park 2 are advantage for direct bridge to pavillion 2, can be airbnb

Ya I really like the bridge. Just walk over, can have dinner after work, movies, grocery, etc. No need drive

rent first and wait for lelong unit lol...guess with the incoming supply of condos in bukit jalil even park 2 couldnt rent at higher price

depends, if for short stay must be good....bukit jalil condo too much, so alot of population will gonna to move new condo. lifestyle facility

Pav Mont Kiara don't think is malton project
I go malton website and can't see the condo listing

I just went to the site on Tuesday and the shoplot is superb and high class

The park also ongoing and so far can see the carpark is completed nicely with good quality workmanship

You might be right. It could be Pavilion Brand, but not built by Malton.
