Doesn't seem to have any demographic to "rent to".
There are no hospital/international schools nearby..
There are also no convenient route to the airport either hence definitely not for pilot/air stewardess.
There are no universities/colleges nearby so... I don't there will be any students renting it
On top of that, the closest train station is not within walking distance.
The only demographic that I can think off is perhaps AirBnB for short events [national stadium bukit jalil / tourists maybe?]
Also, the park residences is 4 blocks with 1k units 700+ units from the park 2. This is not counting the building from LBS.... which consist of 1.3k units. All these are only confined to BJCC itself... within close proximity there are others including Treez jalil. And even that excludes other tiers apartment within close proximity like Sri Rakyat and Jalil Damai.
With that many competition and no demographics... you'd be lucky if you could even get somebody who wants to rent your unit.
