Any new picture on the progress of this development? Or the mall and The Park as well.

No public transportation.. go in and out there very difficult...

Public transport may not be the only reason to attract crowd. 1U (before MRT) and Sunway Pyramid have no public transport too, but tons of people going there still.

That is the past  bye.gif ... Now we are looking into the future.....

Nowadays this is the new mode of transportation. Look at 1U, KLCC, Four Seasons, Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Damansara Heights, 8 Conlay, Midvalley, Sunway, Subang Parade, Ikano,  TRX, BBCC, SJCC, Solaris & Publika (MRT 3), ...all comes with Public Transportation or TOD. How are you going to compete and survive without it...will be the loser to the end. ...just my 2 cents.

There are in fact. 2 star lines, and 1 MRT (upcoming) within 1KM radius. Just that it's not at direct at door step.

Why are you guys asking a troll about the Park 2?

The showroom is at the Bukit Jalil City Shoplot.

The layout is pretty much the same. Other than Tower 2 has lesser unit, taller, and additional layout of 933 sqft.

When is the expected completion date of the shoplots of the park? And also the completion date of the park condo itself?

It's common that REIT will not buy into a new constructing mall. Not only it doesnt give them return, but they need to borrow money from bank to invest in a mall that is under construction, and give interest rate to banks and also dragging down their existing return.

REIT will buy malls when the malls are ready and tenants start moving in. Why some people so happy when they see Pavilion REIT refused to invest in BJ Pav? I wonder

This dude is so random. 1 min say this, the other min say another thing. And nothing is factual. Things he said is out of thin air. And when someone questioned him, all he says is let's see.

These people don't understand how REIT works. And they are not even bothered to understand why REIT refuse to take part at this moment. All they care is the headline, PAV REIT NOT TAKING PART, and start spreading the rumours of changing names and etc.

They dont understand what is corporate exercise or corporate announcement, they dont understand the limitation of REIT, dont understand how REIT works, dont understand the circumstances and consequences to the performance of a REIT if it invests in a mall that is still in a construction stage. Hence they have no idea what gearing ration that you mentioned.

And they will no bother to read up. But instead you know what they will do? They will keep mention that Pav Reit refuse to participate, and the mall will fail. How would they know? LETS SEE TIME WILL TELL.

U basically just repeat what selinix has written.

Then pls explain to us here like a 5yo...

Why then  desmond malton had ask desmond pav reut in aug if desmond pav reit wilk take up reit in pav bj????

What is the point for such exercise if desmond knows too well that the mall wont be opened its door until 4q20????? And no way desmond pav reit will take up such reit beside desmond pav reit also knows too well that desmond pav reit is overgeared as we speak?????
*
It will be waste of effort and time trying to explain what is all this to a 5yo kid. I think even the normal kids nowadays would know how to google and find the news themselves. KTHXBYE

Chill bro, I'm just stating my opinion. I'm still very skeptical if they are moving towards high-end shopping malls. Based on the list of anchor tenants currently, I doubt we can classify it as high-end shopping mall YET. But we shall see.
*
But why do you need a high-end shopping mall in Bukit Jalil? Don't think they ever mention that they are making Pavilion BJ a high-end mall? The luxurious stores wont be able to survive.

yeah I quite upset with the guardhouse also, hope they improve on it

Not sure what is there to upset about. They did not under deliver as the design is similiar to their mock-up model, and the flyer too. It was never meant to be as grand as the park since day 1.

it definitely look inferior compared to Park Sky 1
*
Both are rather similar, but if you really want to compare both, I believe Park sky is slightly more inferior interms of the façade and common area.

Park Sky is slightly inferior to me where the entrance design looks 2nd grade, the only upside for park sky is just that has a bigger space (I know how important this is), and that's all. Once you get into Parksky the drive way just looks bad with the subpar water features (so called waterfall).

Lobby itself is similar however it's way more narrow in Park sky vs Park 2. Although not particularly important, but Park 2 has more attention to details in terms of signage, facade, marble columns, and etc which give it slightly more of a premium feels.
