haha, because i afraid stack too much like overdrive, if i stack to 5 fans like a long stick still ok? for better cable management.
what do you mean over drive?
i control 6 fans by only using one fan splitter, 2x 1.3A, 4x 0.75A, total 60W if the fan spin at fullblast rclxms.gif

Only 2 xtraflo . Yes for sure . Actually I believe it is just same with blade master in term of noise unless at full speed .

i just tested artic f12, xigmatek xlf 120mm, and my old vizo starlet 120mm

side by side, use hand to feel

i feel the vizo starlet airflow is much higher than the f12 n xigmatek
if (i can much stronger wind blowing at my hand)
if vizo is 100%, den f12 is around 70% while the xigmatek is 30%

i dunno about the static pressure thing, but i m totally shocked with this result

depend on RPM? higher rpm = higher airflow and static pressure + noise,
of course also depend on the fan blades design, thickness, dimension too.

I much prefer these Enermax fans.

TB silence fans (you could bring in all versions of these, it isn't too flashy and might appeal to broad range of buyers) brows.gif

UCTB140
UCTB12A
UCTB12N-BL
UCTB12N-R

Review

or for those who want some really flashy ones, bring in the Vegas. that one really nice. nod.gif

just to add. you could bring in 140mm dust filter as well. it really hard to get it here.

I can say you have good hands which are able to scientifically test fans just by using bare hands without tools smile.gif The CIA or FBI should hire people like you which have such fabulous skills. The other thing you forget is about the noise level. Obviously there are fans which have higher airflow than the F12 but this also means the fan is producing more noise and probably higher vibration too. The law of physics apply, there's no such thing as a silent fan with high static pressure and superb 100cfm airflow. If airflow is what you want then please buy a Delta 180cfm-200cfm fan. When you compare fans and when people say performance, it means:

1. Noise Level
2. Airflow
3. Static Pressure

Did you take into account all these factors before feeling "shocked"? A proper reviewer comparing fans would also use proper tools to justify their claims scientifically.

Well, I used my bare hand to test the air flow of the three since Sri comp got the display unit although I dun think they still sell it. I would say magma pulls air much better than the other 2.

Here's some review about twister fans
Review

for filter plain black should be ok. It will suit most cases. nod.gif
something like this should be nice NZXT washable filter 140mm or the usual metal mesh one.

i m shocked becoz both the vizo n f12 are rated at around 60cfm
u no need a good hand to feel it, the difference is just too much, u can feel it with any part of ur body

i stated tat i only compared airflow, no static pressure (dunno how to measure)

i m comparing both same air flow (~60cfm) fan (not 100+cfm), while realizing the vizo is much more stronger than the f12

by then i also doubt that how well the f12 static pressure can help in improving air flow, since the air flow already lose quite a bit

anyway, just some PERSONAL opinion from a me

No ideas about Vizo at 60cfm but their website says this:
http://www.vizo.com.tw/front/product/get_product_detail/79/3

On the other hand, it's using a different bearing altogether.

hands down the F12 is one of the best static pressure fan there is out there.. airflow isnt strong.. 57CFM.. but pushes it thru thick stuffs easily.. and only price around RM30.. very cheap tongue.gif
