What about this Scythe GentleTyphoon 120 mm Silent Case Fan - 57 CFM

http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/scge120mmsic2.html
According to the madshrimp roundup best CFM for sound was the Typhoon doh.gif

    Bottom line:
  # King of Power @12V = Delta AFBSHE
  # King of Low Noise @ 12V = Noiseblocker S1
  # King of CFM per Noise Level/Quality = Gentle Typhoon AP-15

sell me some noise blocker >.<

Hi, want to ask, I'm using cm690ii and I'm planning light up my case so I plan to put 6x 120mm led fan (2.4w each)+ I edi have 1x 140mm led (1.92w) and 1x 80mm fan (1.44w). so after calculating the power consumption is around 18watts. My question, does the power consumption too much? kindly advise. icon_question.gif

should be ok i think.. depends on your psu i guess sweat.gif
i have 7 of them running in my current case..
2x LED (1 silverstone,1 coolermaster) both transparent frame..

Cooler Master 120mm 90CFM fan is good, the airflow is quite strong but the problem is it will collects the dust twice faster & more than other fans.

those fans have weak pressure on them.. but i'll guess you'll be fine as long as u dont use it on thick rads (XSPC RX,Feser,Thermochill..etc2)

Personally I've tried many different fans and the Arctic F12 are pretty good. High static pressure, FDB bearing, low noise and cheap biggrin.gif

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1369109

People that have tried would surely know that it's worth the money.
Edit: I added a comparison diagram from a review smile.gif

ya..this F12 consider worth if u choosing this rather than get Typhoon 15.. regard performance, both isnt far..but regard building material, typhoon did feel damm solid and heavy (1 part i not happy with typhoon is the cable, it is too messy, if got sleeve, will be much value and better look..and wonder how F12 lasting..but it got 5 yrs warranty.. thumbup.gif .. tat noise blocker i did looking at forum..seems no ppl sell..might get 1 if nothing to spend.. sweat.gif

vlad has noiseblockers.. try pming him nod.gif

Hi all sifus, have some question here
1)The original 120mm fan from CM Elite 332 have how many CFM?
2)Is the CM 90CFM fan good for using as exhaust fan? hmm.gif
*
the CM90CFM fan is a good case fan for exhaust/intake in your casses biggrin.gif
just dont put them on radiators or heatsinks.. they have pretty awfull static..

hands down the F12 is one of the best static pressure fan there is out there.. airflow isnt strong.. 57CFM.. but pushes it thru thick stuffs easily.. and only price around RM30.. very cheap tongue.gif
