Not sure if this is a good financial practice or not. I will park my net income into GIA after minus all the living expenses for short term like 2 months, once I got 10k then I hunt for FD promo

This one is Islamic FD? Any PIDM protection? I guess this is different from the previous 4.3/4.5% FD rate promo they have.

Well in here, there are people going for 60 mth already. Hard to say, depends on individual ! What if interest rate down ?

I got 4.35% from CIMB last Dec for 1 year term.

250k to 300k, just treat it as normal fixed deposit? no big deal.

more into FD now. lot of $$ maybe put in HLB for 6 months. hope can nego @ nearly 7 digits.
