Today I went to RHB hoping to open the 12 month FD promo and they said the quota has finished...sigh!!

So angry with BSN@Kelana Jaya !!
Went to open a FD there.
Took a number which is like number 4xxx and waited.
There was only 2 counters and they keep serving the 5xxx numbers which I guess it the normal banking service numbers series.
After 30 mins, I asked one of the counter if they going to service the 4xxx number and they yes, so I thought like maybe the next one since I remindered them.

But guess what?? They still continue serving the 5xxx number.
I thought maybe after this will my number....nope, it went to the next 5xxx number.

So I walked off !!!

First time ever received a call from MBSB for FD promo:

(1) 1 year: 4.18%
(2) 6 months: 4.08%
(3) 3 months: 3.88%

Minimum FD deposit: RM 10K

Not sure if anybody have posted here, didn't see it on the 1st page.
Just received message from Maybank RM, 1 year pure FD 4.22%. Not such promo till when.

This morning in SCB PB centre to withdraw FD. 10 minutes kaotim. Good !  Got CO for RM2.80.

Moved to BR 2 yrs 4.55% with monthly interest. No gift left, just towel.  Can put in multiple entries for the 2 yrs FD promo's lucky draws. Have to send multiple SMS's (BR said is FOC).

Next week will be placing for 1 yr 4.5% with monthly interest there. Asked about gift. The officer said will ask from HQ gold coins, golf clubs etc.  He said Exclusive Club of BR has exclusive gifts for members.  But he has to ask from KL. Take note of this for those who are the BR Exclusive Club members ! 

Complained about Penang island's gift not as good as in other branches during CNY. He said will feedback to the committee. 

bro, i am referring to rhb's 4.45% promo, they ended it earlier. now they have the 4.25% step-up fd.

You can ask for multiple gifts. The Cross pens seems to be a premium gift. Ask for other gifts that I stated earlier. The Parker used to have 2 types, one cheapo and another one more expensive but I think the Cross pen is better quality.  They may not give unless the deposit amount is higher. Hard to say, just ask !
