How does one make sure that it's not display or test drive car when picking up the car? Check the milage?
if you get more discount then it might be the car is 2015 resgistered, which mean you are getting 1 year old car even though the car is out of the factory in december 2015
another possibility is display unit, usually SA will let you know if you are getting display unit and display unit will have even lower price because it should be selling as recond/2nd hand unit, there will be quite some mileage for test drive unit, i dont know how to check, i only know you can check the interior if it is scratched or anything damaged, and also there are a lot of plastic and tape inside for new car, show unit or test drive unit might not have those
even digital mileage also can be tempered, best is you go to reputable SA to make your purchase

Drove my cousin's m3 this few days, the scbs activated when i was approaching the boom gate
Kinda scared me a lttle bit

yup, dont drive too fast when approach boom gate, when you drive at 30km/h, scbs will activate much earlier because your car is moving faster, best is you slowdown more when approaching boom gate then wait for the gate to open then only drive again
