The above lelong unit called off. The owner managed to save the unit from auction.

Anyway, got another lelong unit check in.
Can wait for price drop.

Interesting comments there. Since PPAM felt treated unfairly why aren't they accepting the proposal?

Because they weren't given the chance to vote yes/no to the proposal I guess? Based on the reply given by Nabil, it suggests that the reps did not relay the proposal to the rest of the residents for whatever reasons.

Thus far block A reps are also rejecting the idea of putting up PPAM sign from what I was informed. I wonder why? innocent.gif

If you have been to the site, you will know that by having a separated entrance, the already narrow one way road will be forced to become two way. Coz the free cost block will block the access at the back. Is a trap. A fence was actually illegally built at the back with the intention of blocking but then removed after complain lodged by PPAM owner.

I guess PPAM guys do not want any additional facilities. Just maintenance fees to be reduced. That’s all.

The fact that it's been approved with condition (lulus bersyarat, LS) by DBKL, the plan has to be in compliance to the regulations (width, safety, etc). Don't just listen to those withholding information from you. Seek truth.

Without the fence/gate, block A residents can crossover to block B facilities through the back road right? And according to the residents I spoke to, they were told the developer would put up a fence/gate at the point of selling the property. But the end product became what it is today.

But I believe this development is truly farked up in any way it is.

Vista OUG Platinum OUG

The said fence was talked about by sales agents, which means it's been planned by the developers way before the building was being constructed. Not requested by the purchasers of the other block.

Planned/intended but as it's not in the SPA, so it kinda backfired after VP where askarperang said PPAM owners objected it?

sweat.gif Radium really done fucked up didn't they?

Now I wonder what facilities are shared and what isn't shared since the info we have heard is like the some facilities not supposed to be shared or something.

Either way, developers screw up, they just let the purchasers fight among themselves, cepat2 cuci tangan whenever they can. My source (non purchaser who knows purchasers or something lah) tells me something along the lines that developer is trying to speed up the MOT progress as well, reminding purchasers to perfect POC POT or they would be charged some fees.

Basically stuff located at ground level is up for dispute/grey area. As stuff located up in each block is restricted by using access card.

Near PPAM block got surau. That’s it.
Near the other block got playground and court (basketball I think). And car washing bay is located over this side as well.

Project combo with affordable homes is nothing new. Plenty of example from Aset Kayamas. Even Platinum Victory (or Radium now) got few combo projects like Splendor, PV18, PV9. But only this one they fail to segregate properly. Now all sitting in the same boundary. Is a mess.

Good point. Speeding up the MOT is the common way of cucu tangan ady. Hmm hope the buyers get solution asap.

car wash not stated part of facilities based on PPAM website tho
not sure about the rest, must see SNP

even facilities like swimming pool that PPAM not entitled can be overturned during AGM if both blocks not split. what more those disputed/grey area ones

from my research, what I can foresee worse is bebas purchasers will kena fark the most and PPAM will benefit most if not split. PPAM biggest size is 1500sqft, they bought for so cheap like 300k I think? bebas 1250sqft is RM 550k or so, then PPAM can be flipped for above 600k, easily profitting 300k. and BEBAS unit's resale value will be pressed down by this situation.

then resale value become even worse if AGM votes PPAM can use the facilities supposedly for BEBAS only.

GG. Radium really fark the purchasers hard wei. Now they just give middle finger by asking them complete MOT cepat2 so they can probably dissolve Vistarena Development Sdn Bhd and say sayonara, the problem is yours to sendiri settle.

GG. cuci tangan by forcing them to complete MOT.
