better separate, if not future many more issues

problem is the land is too narrow to build separate entrance...

some of the combine projects have separate entrance, no issue..

nearest example is jalilmas & havre...

Nearest example is the building beside, casa green separate with its rumahwip 😄

This is the current situation of this project.

I supposed both blocks fooled by the developer and also DBKL who approved the project in this narrow road.

I dont mind sharing the guard house and also the green zone facilities, but things come with price kut, maintenance fee naik lu nanti.

Some say building a separate guard house is danger tapi current overlapping of traffic diversion (circle in red) also danger enough to cause an accident?

Last last Block B gave out and allow one way traffic in order to avoid overlapping traffic, dont la complaint lewat cause have to let block B cars go first. ala ala try to curi short cut to exit by reverse traffic.

the 2 entrance is for easier turning to higher level carpark
imagine only 1 entrance and your carpark level is at the highest without speed ramp

3 years back I went to see a unit to rent. All the facilities were combined with rumawip. Not sure now..

1 entrance at level 2 and 1 entrance at level 4. If your car park is at a higher level, then enter at the level 4 entrance will be easier and faster.

so in this case if your carpark at 3, can you enter from 4 and go down?

Yes, u can

1 entrance at lvl2
1 entrance at lvl4

if there is only 1 entrance at lvl2
and your carpark is at highest level

means u need turn a big round for 5-6 times
cuz casa green no speedramp, u can't straight drive up to higher floor without pusing a big round

There is no fence to block access to green zone anymore.
Developer already removed the fence.

And there wont be a separated guardhouse. Will only use the existing main guardhouse for both blocks.

So in this case Block A will always have to take a big circle around the whole property to exit?

Yes. Is a one way street.

consider case solve d right?

conclusion is just share the green and basket ball court , sound ok.

temporarily I guess,

interesting to see what will happen down in the future when both block pay same maintenance fees but some facilities shared some not.
