First AGM for the formation of MC of this messy development just concluded today. As expected Block A with more number of genuine own stay owners and got the more number of eligible voters and attendees and majority as the MC members.
Hearsay the AGM started from morning until right before buka puasa. Developer tried to propose the second guardhouse during the AGM but was voted against during the AGM. Hence I think blok B will continue to pursue the issue via the court.

Location also good, near to Pavillion Bukit Jalil. Untung some of the kids can go SRJKC Lai Meng and other surrounding school too.

Another lelong unit sold from rumahwip component of this development. Drop to 270K. Last month at 300K, nobody interested. Instead need to fight and end up sold at 318K yesterday. Good catch?
