Are you referring to the Rumawip lots?

If so, then yes you have to be living & working in KL

You are required to fill in relevant information while applying for the unit through the official Rumawip (now called Residensi Wilayah) website.

You will probably get rejected if your work address is not in Wilayah, unless somebody has other insider info.

On the other hand, Rumawip units for Vista OUG should be hard to come by as the lots have been drawn long time ago.

For the free lot, well, while stocks last i guess

Unless you are planning to buy one at auction whether you are working in KL or not you won't be able to buy one.

PPA1m units fully sold.
Rumawip units fully sold.
Standard units, only left 1 unit at the 36th floor.

Lucky the DBKL workers who bought it, supposedly 400 units were reserved for them and they got it even cheaper than the listed price.

Pity only 1 car park though.

According to one of the user above the PPA1M and RumahWIP are sold out, exceptional for 1 lot in Free price. Buyers can exchange information, discussion and events if any.

Hi, is many chinese buyers? because i realized the toilet door is directly facing bedroom door which is bad in term of Fengshui.
