Got an email update from rumawip with the Surat Berjaya Tapisan

I got my refund around 3 weeks after submit the form.

does this project come with walk way to lrt station? or just walkable? thx

I got no luck with rumawip, so I bought normal unit.

PV OUG is after the flyover.
Walkway from PV OUG to LRT station not really sure about it
But as I said, LRT is definitely accessible by walking.
Just that be careful of crime since walking at night is very dangerous here, with no proper lightings and walkways.

Mine is rumawip unit, just joined FB group as well!

I got the email from rumawip but I haven't picked my unit at the sales office though..

reading the old posts i noticed rumawip was sold out already?

I got the letter but havent gone to the sales office yet.

Mine oso under rumawip...some of the loan might rejected tats why might have chance...I jut signed snp last month

Was OUG your first choice?

I'm wondering if i choose not to book a unit, will I still be able to go for the 2nd and 3rd options that I have chosen

Its kind of weird now since I only submitted 1 set of application (for first choice as the rumawip website stated)

Last time i got tawaran unit for PV18(my first choie) but then i rejected.
my remarks stated in rumahwip website as below :
Tidak Berjaya - Maaf, permohonan anda tidak berjaya. PEMOHON MENOLAK PROJEK INI KERANA BERMINAT DENGAN PROJEK LAIN. RUJUK EMEL PENGESAHAN OLEH PEMAJU BERTARIKH 7 MAC 2018.

I think you have to inform developer you are not interested for this project before you want to proceed with other project.

After i rejected PV18, i apply for Platinum OUG (make it as my first choice) and resubmit all my documents again. i think after 3 month like tat i managed to get tawaran unit

Hmm, but my other 2 choices deadline 31st December though.

Rumawip instructions and status updates are so confusing.

Because only submit 1 set of documents, now the 2nd and 3rd options is in limbo...

btw you submit only 1 application or 3 application at that time?

2nd choice:PV9
third choice:skyawani3

I submit 1 set of documents to Putrajaya


Second time : april 2018
1st choice: PVOUG
2nd choice:PV9
third choice:skyawani3

I submit 1 set of documents to developer, they help me to submit to Putrajaya

next year after CNY you can consider another rumawip project: Minest Residence as better alternative to skyawani 3... freehold, surrounded by schools, decent facilities provided and decent layout designs....
