this is not the problem.
anyway, for bloated and wind, we will use woodwards gripe water, bicycle legs, massage etc. so i dont think thats the problem.

my problem is this :
*
maybe due to nipple confusing from breastfeeding to bottle feeding..
u can try change the teat...

Guys. Wanna ask of any of you had difficulty in feeding baby.

My lo is now 6 months old and milk intake never increase for the last 2 months. He refuse to drink more than 120ml every 3 hours.

We introduce solid as he like so its 4 120ml milk feed every 4 hour, and 1 solid in a day.
It seems that he cannot finish the milk in every feed. sad.gif

Sadding here

Try to reduce the portion a little bit and increase the feeding frequency

Tried before. She doesnt show hunger signs and interest in milk if we feed 2 hour or 3hour.

Also shouldnt the interval between feed drag longer as baby grow?

yes as baby grows, the intervals between feeding should be longer as their stomach can hold more.

this is the majority.

but sometimes we do have babies that still need constant feeding.

my boy, now 6 months have been drinking milk at good intervals, last time was around 4 to 5oz per feeding, and its like each oz will last for one hour.
so 4 oz means 4 hours.
night time usually only wake up once and then sleep back.

but around 4 months he started to drink more breastmilk, and more frequent. every 2 to 3 hours.
its also more to comfort sucking.
night time still same, wake up once only.

now at 6 months, feedings are more frequent, even at night until morning.
mummy cant sleep much.
i think this is due to teething.
teething symptoms. more frequeent sucking, wake up more frequent at night, biting into everything etc.
