Sankyu! congrats bro. theres a lot bro. but dunno what you got already. if you buy a cot, get one which can change levels. its easier on your back. as baby wont be able to escape anyways. other stuff is like breast pump, nipple cream, many many of those thing cloths... dunno what they are called. we had around 10-20. can find in jusco baby section. get a wrap for tummy, after delivery the baby's umbilical will still be there. so wrap tummy to prevent it from sangkut. other stuff is like oils, creams, powders, baby bath tub. shampoo (get organic for newborn, expensive, but lasts a while as only need like 1-2 drops only - later can just switch to cheapo one if you want). jus my 2sen

Please find out and understand more on the cord blood thingy before you decide to get it. I keep the cordblood with cryocord for my elder boy after visiting their center in cyberjaya. From my finding, it is most likely usable if my other child (except my elder boy) needs it.
The cordblood is not suitable for the donor itself as it is the very same blood for the case of leukemia. It won't be able to save the donor itself.
My wife and I had planned for that and we were financially ready for it, so we just store it just in case needed, or maybe it could save someone's life in the future.
If your financial condition allows, no harm getting it for the first baby. Not recommended to get it by installment though.
