Sorry.. Just my analysis based on current price, highest price for 12 month, lowest price for 12 month, -20% from the highest (Danger Level).

Why ? Just go for it. You can use EPF withdrawal for 3% sales charge.
Currently, Affinbank do promotion for ASNB Variable Price Fund. We can give special rate on it.
1k - 49k = Sales charge 3%
50k - 99k = Sales charge 2.5%
100k and above = sales charge 2%

Normal charge 5% - Special rate 3% = 2% Rebate to your saving account.

What is your opinion of their fixed priced?

And is it really good time for attacking the variable priced now? Because I just pull out from vp to fp...
