Sometimes dont understood what they are thinking.

If you said I never login, suspend is okay. I login few times a year, placed some order, not matched. Still suspend my account.

Yes, price per share. Ohh...didn't know there's upper and lower limit set by bursa. Do you know whether this is only peculiar to Malaysia market? Any idea about Singapore? I know for USA last time, there was no such thing
*
Upper and lower adjusted weekly or daily I think. Can Google and check. Other markets don't know. Reason is to prevent manipulation and some sort of circuit breaker mechanism

Currently, KLSE adopts 30% upper and lower limit based on opening price for the day. Those below RM1.00, 30 cents is the range.

Sgx adopts circuit breaker method based on 10% range, a 5 mins cooling off period is triggered if it hit the limit. Price may continue to up and down further afterwards, as compared KLSE no further up or down after hitting 30% for the day.

When the share market is trading sideways, it is sometimes like putting a frog into a pot of water. You don’t put the frog straight away into a pot of hot water because it will jump out.

You put the frog in cool water first and then warm up the water slowly. By the time the frog realized that the water is hot, it is too late. The frog has already been boiled to death.

Frog = retail investor

Rakuten is cheaper if you trade below RM 1k or above RM 100k each transaction. So up to individual if its "cheaper".

means if u wanna attend the AGM u need to write to Rakuten first.
Dividend (if any) will bank in directly to your designated account, whereas nominee account need to wait

maybank means you holding your shares. rakuten means your wife/husband holding it for you. you give money to her/him to buy groceries for you.

Ok that makes sense. Say the company folds. Will you be in trouble since it is not under your name

All these companies are regulated and have proper BCPs and liquidators in case of insolvency. Suffice to say the risk of one not getting back their shares is very very low (not zero ya).
