What does FA use to indicate? Is it good?

Financially sound, biz not affected or only slightly affected. I did hedge on counters like genm though but that is long hold.

Went into 1 o&g only that is service provider to other o&g companies.

Usually i use qualitative analysis like business cycle, market trend, consumer preference to filter out potential sector or segment with opportunity yet to realized.

From there i use fundamental analysis to see which particular stock to buy in that segment. On highly volatile situation i do look at technical chart as well, but on very basic level.

My stock holding period is usually 1 year or longer.

I just use my feeling and what ppl say about the company

Any recommendations for where to open trading account that wont suspend your account every single year?

Got fed up with HLB. Reactivate my account 2 times liao and now suspend again. I dont trade often but was unable to average down during last month because account was suspended plus was being under quarantine.

Not active. They need one buy/sell per year. This is ridiculous. I have few K inside plus few K in shares. Although I don't trade often, it still sucks.

Damn lazy to everytime need to go PJ to activate account again. Also wasted an opportunity to average down when they dropped 50% from my buying price and recovered to about 70%.

maybe set goal to buy something on a set date like your birthday or something just to keep it working and not heavy investment
