To buy a malaysian REIT, the procedure is same as buying stocks?
Need to pay annual fee like unit trust?

Thanks. Why REIT not popular here? Hold long term seems good. High dividend and price slowly move up.

Interested too. Analyst report showing target price of 90 sen. But the chart looks very volatile, no support/resistance to follow.

The way I see it, it’s still on downtrend. No surprise for it to go up a little these few days in view that it has dropped so much prior to this.

So far the drop isnt very drastic. Despite prices going up previously with the expectation of good meeting outcome.
