QUOTE(labtec @ Oct 28 2006, 01:06 PM) may i know what is .bin format? i can only use VLC media player to play this type of file. other player like real, window media, WinDVD and divx player also cannot play it. any software i can use to change it to AVI , WMV or RMVB format? The .BIN is a CD image format made popular by the CDRWin software. It may comes with cue sheet (.CUE). The .CUE file contains the track layout information, while the .BIN file holds the actual data. You can't rename into other video format. Instead, extract that .BIN to get the data. Example, using PowerISO or ISOBuster. You can check here for more info.

QUOTE(super macgyver @ Oct 30 2006, 11:02 AM) my rmvb file is ntsc film 23fps, should i choose pal or ntsc when convert it to vob? There is some issue when doing the conversion (my experience) : NTSC- Video played properly with audio (audio/video sync)
- Subtitle not display properly (kind of "big" and "expand")
- Some subtitle maybe "little cut-off" if location near to the edge of the screen.
PAL- Audio video is not sync (audio delay)
- Subtitle display "nice"
Most of the time, NTSC film to NTSC (29.97fps) conversion is working. But convert to PAL, audio/video is not sync. For me, I just rely on "whichever is good" which means if have problem with NTSC, then I'll choose PAL instead.

For me I'll use OGM Demuxer to demux the video, audio and subtitles out and mux them all into AVI with AVIMux GUI If you want to use other players, extract the data out with any ISO extractors then play it back normally with WMC and other players

Tools available to do this job is : 1. all to avi | Download | Screenshot2. OGM to AVI | Download | ScreenshotIf I'm not mistaken, both tools actually doing demux & muxing alltogether. It compilation of several tools in one program.
