guys..in UOB PayOnline..for the TNB bill it asked for account number and bill number..which one is bill number? is it the contract number?

Yes, bill number is contract number but that's not an important no., you can fill in any no. or reuse for all TNB bills.
The most important is account no., make sure you don't fill in wrongly.

My VOX card still haven't receive any cash back?!

When was your transaction? What was the amount? Which merchant?

Erm, that is 0.3% cash back not the 5%. 5% just posted today for everyone and it's the same date for everyone.

hmm is it? 0.3% cashback follow current month or the previous month as well? cus i don't know where the CB coming from. LOL

Whatever follows your statement date is your 0.3% cash back. Not the 5% cash back.
I'm not sure about the 0.3% cash back because is too little for me to trace back.

I'm yet to receive the cash back for my dec transaction using vox card too.

I paid my tm unifi bill using occ.unifi.my, amount was 157 at 30 dec 2015.

For those that haven't received, I suggest you give them a call.

is it normal if still not receive cashback for my transaction on 8th Jan 2016. Payment for TNB & Unifi through uobpayonline.

It shows campaign cash credit and it tallies back with all my online transactions.
(178+61.60+405.60)*5% = 32.26
It will only show like your description once posted in your statement.

For anyone using Time fiber, I can confirm that payment via UobPayonline is entitled for 5% cb using Vox.
