QUOTE(Zaryl @ Jun 29 2016, 09:19 PM) Is it wise to buy the MBPr 13" now, or just wait until September for the new refreshed MBPr that utilize intel skylake 6th gen CPU? It is way too long for the refreshed model imo. So you should wait. I bet it will be redesigned and it is going to be a wow.on another question, is 13" MBPr that heavy? 1.7kg only right? |

Cpu is slightly the same. the 2015 15" rMBP just has a slightly better dedicated graphic card if u buy the high end model which it is slightly better for gaming. |

Anybody running macOS Sierra public beta already? Just installed it on my MBPR 13" 2011. So far so good. Speed is good. I think got slight slowdown but not very noticeable.
Siri is awesome. Some apps not compatible. So far: Bartender. Biggest con is my battery life has dropped a lot. Seems to be using almost double the battery for the same things I do. |

The only issue i have is the flashing screen during boot and also sometimes i wake up the laptop ill just be greeted with a black screen. Nothing else. Need to restart it to get it to work again.Siri is awesome. Some apps not compatible. So far: Bartender. Biggest con is my battery life has dropped a lot. Help needed,
I noticed that when rmbp closed lid, any downloading happening at that time will also stop. Where do I set it so as not to stop any downloading tasks? Thanks in advance. |

I recommend you to either not to close the lid, or connect your MBP to a monitor when you want to do so (but you have to go to Energy Saver in System Preference and slide computer sleep to never). |
