Hey there. I'm gonna update my requirements a bit after doing some thinking. Here goes.
1. Preferred Brand: None. 2. Budget: 2.5k, but willing to go up to 3k if it's worth it. (Not including OS because I have my own W10 key, antivirus, Office) 3. Usage: Web browsing, music making (using software like Ableton Live, Guitar Rig, etc), video editing (Sony Vegas), light gaming (if possible can run Dota2 at high settings), programming (for work), will be travelling with it a lot. 4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14 inches. Must have (from most to least important): -At least 3 usb ports, with 1 still using usb2.0 (because my Line 6 UX2 audio interface is not compatible with usb3.0) -Skylake (Gen 6) i5 - U processor (I don't see the need to go i7, U for improved battery life) -Portable / lightweight (2.3kg or less) -Long battery life -1TB HDD (or 126GB SSD + 500GB HDD) -4GB RAM Thank you for any help sifus! For now I'm still looking for Inspiron 7447, but I feel I should get something with longer battery life, a little lighter, and longer lasting (since 7447 uses 4th gen i7). |
