With the price of the 32BX6 u can get the Toshiba 37WL66E i think. That would be a good choice. But if 32 is your max, then go for the Sharp.

I saw in newspaper, a shop was having promotion, LG 37" LCD RM3988. But I when I went there to ask, they said out of stock. Makes me think that they actually advertise that to lure people to go then persuade them to buy other expensive models

Well, not at the moment but honestly, very few brands have a 37 incher, if you can wait, I'm sure one day, you can get it below RM5K, below RM4K might be impossible for now or the next coming years unless it's a 32 incher. It depends on your viewing distance, it doesn't mean bigger is better b'coz if you're sitting too close, the picture is blurry, there must be a minimum sitting distance from the HDTV set. That's what I've observed.

Try going to SenQ, they have plenty of R7 in stock. Alternatively, you can consider Sony Bravia V Series, the price has dropped to RM4300 or might be lower if you know how to nego kaw kaw with the salesperson. That's a better choice if compared to R7 but of course, R7 ain't bad either, still comparable with other well known models too.

Good luck in hunting for your ideal LCD. thumbup.gif

If u want to get LG, get the 40', as the 37' do not have the backlite control, as your eye will be strained watching it. U can ask edifier about it.
