Another advantage is walking distance to school, according to the URL,
1) SJK TT - 200m 2) SK SB1 and 2 - 400m 3) SJK Conf - 400m For newly wedded couples, they may have children looking for school 6-7 years down the road... WARNING . DO NOT BUY THIS DEVELOPER PROJECT!
I have a good friend bought Parklane OUG with the price rm370k previously launching . After couple of years, she wanted to sell out as it's super high density, management sucks, security suck, facilities super suck, quality workmanship worst and super many NEGROS staying around . She trying to let go rm430k and It's super hard to find buyer. Ultimately she managed let go with price 390k . She promised no more "AKISAMA GROUP" !!!! Having worst nightmare . A massage from her, "I really hopes u guys don't fall into TRAP like me!! " Good luck ! |
