My goodness, tempting price but the buildings are so cramped to each other hence causing all the blockings. 6k units dam tough, even PL OUG also suffering except early phase buyers, but don't see they untung a lot too.

Leasehold anyway?

Phase 1 flipper of oug pl all made profits, but for ppl who holds... not to mention phase 3 buyers. Gg

6k, too tight unless they change the planning and develop it phase by phase to reduce heavy competition upon completion.

1) HSR
2) MRT2 station (either south BM or north BM)
