Let me update a bit here. There are two type which is 800sqft (2R2B) and 1045sqft (3R3B). All come with one car park. 1st block is doing soft launch now around 1800 units. Surprisingly, 65% has been booked.

The price is good, many people wish to do it again just like oug parklane, gain at least 150K when the project finished launch in 3 or 4 phases.

i dont understand why developer only provide 1 CP even for 3rooms

in selangor, i think there is a law says must provide 2 CP for new development

in kl, everything is boleh....

just imagine if few thousand units, each have 2nd and 3rd car, what will be the situation ?

I thought most oug pl flippers are burnt hand, first phase buyers is it? They earnt that much omg! What's their entry price at that time? (1st phase buyers) and how many units at the first phase launched of oug pl?

Good law by Selangor.
Kl developer selling frm 25-30k for an extra cp, and ended up many cars parking beside road.

Around 230k to 280k depending how many car parks and intermediate or corner units.

Only untung if they hold til now....

Most flippers and investors sold earlier when the price went up lioa.

Frankly I am not sure can or cannot, If I know, I am king of property, and I can retire early d.. biggrin.gif
I invested for long term, and that's I believe the property price will only end up higher in the long run.
