Yes for one block only. The developer is very confidence on this big project. I could think of main reason is near to KL City and an existing pedestrian bridge connected to bdr Malaysia site.

Let me update a bit here. There are two type which is 800sqft (2R2B) and 1045sqft (3R3B). All come with one car park. 1st block is doing soft launch now around 1800 units. Surprisingly, 65% has been booked.

If everything is on schedule. Once New Razak Mansion completed (shud be march 2017) an old razak mansion residents will be given 3 to 6 months (shud be up to September 2017) to move in. The demolish works will start around Oct or Nov of 2017. Estimation whole project will be completed in 2022 or 2024. Btw, the show units will be ready around march or April of 2017.
