Another advantage is walking distance to school, according to the URL, 1) SJK TT - 200m 2) SK SB1 and 2 - 400m 3) SJK Conf - 400m
For newly wedded couples, they may have children looking for school 6-7 years down the road...
But, if the entrance/exit is too close to the schools, it creates headache also during school peak hours..

She trying to let go rm430k and It's super hard to find buyer. Ultimately she managed let go with price 390k . She promised no more "AKISAMA GROUP" !!!! Having worst nightmare .

I believe its less to do w developer but more to do with the natural of super high densed development in this price range and few thousand units... I believe doesnt matter if top 20 developer come in...as long as its few thousand units.....you expect the worst.

Thanks for the reminder , anyhow alot investors or purchasers had their lesson learnt after the oug Parklane story, so for this razak thingy after I went showroom and go through the layout, pricing package and density , I'm pretty sure that it would takes forever for the developer to get their units fully sold off , even the scale model in showroom , presume us humans are the ants when imagine the scale model to real life , will feel as cramp as HK too , btw , my client had argued with me the bank value he bought when I'm.unable to match the bank value and he bought 490k bare unit that time when just VP-ed which is the peak, I see him must be crying now lol
