It can keep 0.15 for few months and then jump. I don't think there is any clause in the S&P will fix the rate. : laugh.gif

Protection on what? When the maintenance collected not enough to cover the expenses, raise it lor, even it gave to your jmb, you can't escape from raising the rate.

Was told by them that oug parklane will widen the bridge into the bukit jalil area and also direct access into the KESAS from oug parklane... Did you see anything in progress there?
