i have a package from FT still stuck in China Customs. When i raised a support ticket to FT and they kept telling me to wait for a few more days. But this has been going on for more than a month. The last update i got was that my package is in domestic transit but that was on the 13 Nov and they repeat the same update till 21 Nov. I dun receive any updates after that. How do you guys deal with the F up FT support service?

Weird. Mine was telling all kinds of shit. Saying that my package has left china but when i fk them up they twist the story saying that my package is stuck with china custom. wtf.

Make a post in FT community. Forums - Shipping. Put "Attn: Jenny" and your problem in the header. State your problem after that. Include the ticket numbers.
Jenny will handle it for you.

Guys, i have problem with the charger that i buy from http://www.lelong.com.my/merchant/asinhell.htm and he tell me that he will replace it and update it today and today i ask him about it (1pm, 3pm and just now) and he didnt reply my whatssap although he already read my massage. I make the payment using public bank transfer.

I wonder can i contact public bank and ask for my money back? never experience something like this before with other seller and maybe this seller decide to take my money and leave me with his broken charger.

and post it all around the net

i wait until tomorrow and if no respond from him then i try to call public bank if their can do anything about that, if this seller decide to take my money rm5+ then i'll do it biggrin.gif

maybe i create a macro to post on the question section on his salepage about how bad his service is and something negative and with that maybe he will get less customer and enjoy my rm50 for rest of his life tongue.gif

i whatssap him the other day and said do i need to send the charger back and he said no need and ask for screenshot and i send him video

I hope so, but atleast respond to my massage, he tell me that he update me tomorrow that is today but didnt received any respond for my whatssap and i know he already read my massage, what kind of good seller we have there on lelong

guys. can i ask whether 510 thread stripping can claim under warranty? just got my vt40 for 4 months and the thread are stripped. tried to contact hcigar and also vape empire but didnt get any response. really very bad after sales service !!
