Guys, i have problem with the charger that i buy from http://www.lelong.com.my/merchant/asinhell.htm and he tell me that he will replace it and update it today and today i ask him about it (1pm, 3pm and just now) and he didnt reply my whatssap although he already read my massage. I make the payment using public bank transfer.

I wonder can i contact public bank and ask for my money back? never experience something like this before with other seller and maybe this seller decide to take my money and leave me with his broken charger.

i wait until tomorrow and if no respond from him then i try to call public bank if their can do anything about that, if this seller decide to take my money rm5+ then i'll do it biggrin.gif

maybe i create a macro to post on the question section on his salepage about how bad his service is and something negative and with that maybe he will get less customer and enjoy my rm50 for rest of his life tongue.gif

I hope so, but atleast respond to my massage, he tell me that he update me tomorrow that is today but didnt received any respond for my whatssap and i know he already read my massage, what kind of good seller we have there on lelong
