i have a package from FT still stuck in China Customs. When i raised a support ticket to FT and they kept telling me to wait for a few more days. But this has been going on for more than a month. The last update i got was that my package is in domestic transit but that was on the 13 Nov and they repeat the same update till 21 Nov. I dun receive any updates after that. How do you guys deal with the F up FT support service?
No idea about your case, FT CS always giving me best replies/services.
