Recovery would expect in year 2022 onwards.
for those not yet invest. dont do anything
For those invested, there is high chance losing money.

Why 2022 and not 2020 or 2018? Some said, by 2020 cbj population will be doubled of now.

coz 2022 mrt ready, so 2020 population double.. then just nice after 2 years, mrt ready... nice planning township cyberjaya..

yeah... give people some times to save some money also... coz 2018 hospital ready, then price up 50%, then tram ready by 2020, then price up another 50%, then mrt ready another 50% up... so in this 6 yrs time, 2022, people have time to save bullets to buy 150% increase in 2022.. haha... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif ... dreaming...

If mrt kambing to cyber...why need to stay in cyber?
Better stay elsewhere and travel into cyber by mrt to work rite?

If cyber properties increase one or 1.5 folds than now .wouldnt it makes staying in other nearby place more logical?

Maybe when g.m mgmt realize this and give free parking more will visit g.m or if tenants complain

besides connectivity, people are putting a lot concern on safety also.. fully guarded and gated township, with cctv on every junction in and out.. and IoT is ongoing.. so where else you can buy safety like this?

greeneries 48% landscaping and many parks, making it more livable.. with cycling lane, pedestrian.. day by day, people going to accept those and more respect on cycler.. quality of life also, not only earning money..

ofcoz by the time, people can travel from outside.. because cyberjaya unable to occupy everybody.. for sure somebody need to left outside..

Eg. in KL, 1 family move out, 2 families move in right? even though the price increased 2-3 fold earlier...

can't brain why the haters always link market collapse with cyberjaya, it's happening everywhere in malaysia. quick browsing of auction units online shows that number of auction properties in damansara/puchong/cheras/pj easily 2-3 times more than cyberjaya.

those who bought highrise in cyberjaya should have know demand > supply before they commit, it's too late to blame anyone if you don't have holding power.

somehow I still very enjoy to read haters comment...

since I know cyber very well I don't need ppl to tell me how good is cyberjaya...if cyber market really collapse then I will buy more...
