i've seen Cybersouth but i dun really like it as is leasehold and the price was abit crazy , not in Cyberjaya but actually in Dengkil , they use Cybersouth to misleading ppl  |

It's laman view la. Just behind HP.

Not sure for nett BU.Anyway, sometimes its not about the psf price, its the entry point. You can afford a landed with lower cost, then in future if needed can still renovate and extend.
