Ya my friend got handle this project 👆🏻

Very value for money and sell at below market rate.

I was confosue forst how come can sell so cheap psf. Its not prima or rumawip. Then only i knownits uner SPNB so the land cost acquisition is probably get a big dsicount and the cost passover to the package become
minimal and cheap.

Id recommend this project for own stayer with limited budget 😁👌🏻

yeah. true.i think this development is very crucial for Cyberjaya because this development will bring critical mass population for cyberjaya in order for them to balance between residential and commercial development.

hopefully by having more resident in cyberjaya, more commercial operator will be interested to locate their business there.

and fyi, there also have OKU unit with additional 20% discount. (but all taken up already. lol)

yeah. i did hear that also back then on Laguna Biru project. It was back in 2010. but i think their take up rate for their Phase 2 of Laguna Biru quite good also. (Disclaimenr: i am not SPNB staff and didnt involve with the project. lol) The sales was help by their attractive pricing (below RM200k if im not mistaken) although the location was a bit far off.

In this project i am a bit confident because this project is manage by Sterling Prima Sdn Bhd (joint venture of property giant Emkay Group Bhd and Areca Properties Sdn Bhd). So hopefully they can build a good quality house within the stipulated timeline.

Yeah but then again, for laguna biru, there is restriction on household income not more 10k for married couple, and 5k for individual. Hehe. Where else for Aspire there is no income limit to buy.

Haha yea. This development is very suitable for first time home buyer, young family and investor. Especially considering this is the 1st block launched. Expect the price to increase for latter block when they launch it.

i've booked 1 unit but quite scared though as the whole project has total of 7 blocks...very high density...takut later on jadi very pack & will turn to look like low cost sad.gif

Honestly i think it will all depends on JMB. how they manage the building. If u see Kelana Puteri condo at Kelana Jaya, altho there are 6 blocks and only 1 parking per house, i would say that their jmb has done a very good job in managing the building. Common area was very clean, lift working well and facilities working well. So it really depends on the home owner itself. But for a property in 400k range, i dont think it will become like low cost housing area.

Just now i saw the Ads in Facebook also, register myself in.. If in Cyberjaya should be good Deal and stated FREEHOLD

I forget the project name, too excited on registering in.. i'm working in Hp, currently renting a place in Cyber.. But the landed now all above 1mils.. i saw 790k immediately register.. Hope tonight got people call me up.. will let you know.. hope we can be a neighbour
