(but all taken up already. lol)

If u see Kelana Puteri condo at Kelana Jaya, altho there are 6 blocks and only 1 parking per house, i would say that their jmb has done a very good job in managing the building. Common area was very clean, lift working well and facilities working well. So it really depends on the home owner itself. But for a property in 400k range, i dont think it will become like low cost housing area.
