 Cyberjaya V5, Why U buy Cyberjaya?

Hi,anyone heard about a new 2-storey landed in Cyberjaya?
Recently i saw it at facebook,stated there as low as RM790k

from the website ,the smallest layout is 22X70 build up 2133sf.
if selling RM790k,PSF is around RM370....Seem attractive..what you guys think?

Bukit beruntung is a ghost town...many year ago there are rumours that
KLIA will be there.So many ppl rush there and buy the house.End up ,it is just a
speculation and many unit not occupy.

But i think Cyberjaya wont be the Next Bukit Beruntung.At least Cyberjaya still have many MNC Company
and in the middle between KL center and KLIA.

Yes ,Agreed with you about cyberjaya 10 year back...Now really much more better.
With the korean school open,i assume many more korean people will stay in cyberjaya....

Rawang landed now also not cheap at all...if rawang and cyber i think i will choose Cyberjaya... biggrin.gif

I heard from a agent telling me Village Grocer is planning to start operation around April next year.

By the where,where is the McD site is going to be?
