Last time Phase 1 22x70 landed 500+k onwards. They also have 22x75 and 22x85. Not gated and guarded, but guarded scheme.

This new phase should be 22x70 and 22x85 but bigger build up, gated n guarded.

Those 500+k early sapu habis already la since last year.
The last few units are corner lot above 1 mil. That's like a month or two ago, not sure if they still have any left.

The previous phase the built up was very small rite... net BU was like 1400-1500sqft for 22X70. PSF wise probably not much of different.

Yup, over supply, but strange and weird, newly vped are having good ocupancy..
What happen to bukit beruntung?

I thought only rawang are affected by the KLIA rumours, that was 20 years back, and now rawang are doing quite well, didn't know bukit beruntung was one of the affected area..

Cyberjaya was a ghost town 10 years back.. now it had changed completely, after more residential come in, and after recent vped, cbj had really changed.. just see after most project completed before 2018, population will grow up to 200k overnight..

Autoville seems rather slow in getting occupancy. The McD site is undergoing aggressive renovation maybe ready to open doors by end of the year. What else new and exciting? 

Down side I think some major companies downsizing or moving their operations to low cost countries. And this is not confined to Cyber alone ie BAT closing their operations in PJ. Anyone got a list of who has gone out and who has come in for Cyber?
