its real? my mum told me, but i said she might have read wrongly.... how come? really unfair

they didnt stated any CAT but ACCA papeR..maybe its F1&F2..but really lor,unfair for those taking F1,F2 exam coz they have to study heavily..yet spm student can enjoy..eh,but i think its not feasible to teach acca to spm student..maybe this is one scheme of acca promote their qualification..

From my understanding after reading, SPM graduate taking account subject will get a specific certification from ACCA (perhaps something like current ACCA diploma in financial...) which entitle them to get exemption for F2 and F3.. other criteria might include a credit/'A' in english and/or account in SPM.. I dun think so they are talking about CAT rite..??

U guyz think it is a good idea..?? our SPM is using malay, just imagine if they got the exemption and going throu 2.5 financial reporting paper without knowing wat is the translation for inventory, debtor, bla bla...

i think its quite weird that after spm u can JUMP straight to do Professional Degree(ACCA)..while others have to go through STPM,matriks,A-level,Foundation,CAT.. and u r rite,can they adapt studying so called International paper..costing,performance management,control can get exemption soon they'll have trouble in later stages of the paper..not a good move for the government but it seems ACCA approved,so maybe they think differently..probably $$ SPM student have to learn the term "come back and try again" basis.. and maybe they thought the subject that have exemption(F1,F2) in english kot..then suddenly all acca lecturer(tution provider) make their present in each school

for my understanding....its ACCA certification....certification...wic means CAT( its a certification, rather than a degree....summore SPM cant go straight in2 ACCA,rite? )....so its not ACCA degree....

tat means they wil get exemption for CAT P1 and P2....

i tink d exemption is illogical...try look at d syllabus of SPM...n they r taught in malay...its kinda burden for tos hu r weak in english...

CAT passing rate wil drop...n im jealous la...lolox..y they alwiz get so many benefits....

FYI , it is different for FTMS , u need to be thier student to get half price (i.e half price of the books in sterling ... means u will get study text for around RM 90 instead of those mph bookstore price RM 210 )

the DL Training Consultancy although is in the Mc Orange building ( I not sure whether this company is under Mc Orange college, just know they are seperate entity gua ....) , they offer the price for BBP study material without pre-condition that u must be Mc Orange student !

yeah...just get the BPP kits from Mc Orange. they would be much cheaper than purchased outside.

next week onwards i will attend P1 & P2 full time classes in Mc Orange. any LYN members interested to meet up? for pretties only...no guys allowed ya...just kidding

In the new acca syllabus you must follow the order of the level, ie: You must first complete all the papers in the Knowledge Module, then proceed to Skill Modules and then Essential Modules.

But in a certain module, for example Skill Modules, you DO NOT have to follow the sequence of the papers, ie: You can sit for F7 & F8 first even before you attempt F4 & F5. You just have to make sure you have completed all the skill modules papers ( at any order) before u proceed to Essential Modules!!

Anyone here attend her class before? Why she gives so many lesson?

If I joined Miss Menon class, I cant attend Viknes class...Haiyo...anyone can tell me which combination below should I choose:

F4:Viknes KSA
F5:Andrew PAng KSA
F6:Alan Yeo KSA
F7:Haneef McOrange

Option2:
F5:Andrew Pang KSA
F6:Simon Sunway
F7:Miss Menon Sunway

If I choose option2 I cant take F4 this sitting...I think I may take F9

if u take at sunway,take all the subject at sunway..when comes to revision,then u can go outside,provide it doesnt clash also..bcos if ms.menon..u class will not follow timetable..sometimes she the class she will make it extra..least u expected.. i.e suddenly there's a class on the day u hv a class at outside..risky.. if sunway not good also,just masuk the class ,force urself to understand..just now,i just withdraw my deposit from sunway..officially,im a ex sunway student

Hi , I do plan for a self study ... but now attend the 1st term of courses ( dunno why I feel not that trust to lectures, maybe just feel they are profit driven ... and feel that the material sometimes is too summarised which you can only obtain a pass grade and more to a fail ... ps : I din mean I want to get prize award ... lol) , soo ... if I feel the lecturing not worth the time, I will quit after finish first term (just nice the result is out) and start a plan for self studying ( and will fully depend on practicing Revision Kit )

FYI on getting cheap price study material ( I mean text book and revision kit )
