I am offered a job as a fresh grad entry level programmer in this company.  Is there anybody around who has been/currently working in this company who can share their experience here?...

really hope to know whether there will be a good prospect here...  unsure.gif

what position are u in? Software development, testing,or proj mgmt?
U cant learn much in this place, they are running their own development model
Degree of politics is high, staffs are doing works just because they have to show it to the management, no real business value that they can deliver to the company.
Racism is there, job scope is too niche, departments are not running in the efficient way, u will get to learn only old technology.
For IT job, it is better to go into small software house, so that you can learn more as u have wider responsibility. Get more opportunity to learn new technology.

interviewed for fxmm settlements. No position / grade specified but I am looking for a progression from my current entry level position. Anyone mind sharing what the salary range is like for 'senior' or even assistant manager? Do they base it on your previous salary and do we get to negotiate? So far apart from the interview HR seems to be quite inefficient.

I suggest for you to check on pay range via JobStreet for indication/reference. Your question is too vague; the range differs between departments. Salary requested must be justifiable. FYI, expect long turnaround when applying job from bank due to full background check requirement.

Ahm.. It still depends on you how to judge. Btw I also come in as a fresh graduate, already 3 months. So far I find that is okay. People in my team are nice, helpful and friendly. smile.gif Basically I think I learn how to deal with things more than those technical skills.

Hi everyone.
Got an interview with SC in PJ at IT Dept. After seeing the comments, is it that stressful working at SC? Any KPIs to look for? Many thanks indeed.

Every place also has its own stress environment. It just how you can handle different people with different behaviors.

Hi All,

I got selected for Senior Automation Engineer at Grade D. Karapakkam office. at SC GBS

And they said automation is at peak and very soon moving to agile.

Actually i planned to jump company only because of automation(no manual testing) and 10% bonus.

1.How is test automation(selenium & java used)
2.Not mentioned in CTC but said 10% variable is fully provided on every march is that true?
3.Said general shifts but i heard from glass door that extended night and weekend work will be there mostly ?
4.Also heard cab facilities and food provided for karapakkam office is that true?
Thanks in advance

what they won't tell you during interview on gbs,

lateness more than 3 times per quarter = -10% salary

MC more than 2 times per quarter = -30% salary

commissions payout only 2 times per year. ( your month payout will combine and lumpsum pay on May & Oct only)

have to achieve HIGH KPI to get yearly increment

and alot ridiculous T&C

good luck for those who planning to naik this "indian pirate ship"

not racist , but true.

Scope International bkt jalil - Easy interview and willing to offer high salary. But keep asking if you are willing to work late or over weekend. Did not accept.
