Once u root ur rn2,u can install CPU Tweak ,to over /underclock ur rn2 processor speed . if u want to squeeze more battery ,u need to underclock it to 1.5Ghz to 1.3Ghz . mind u,it will affect the phone performance. I use mainly for whatsapp and browsing , and I didn't feel any significant slow after I done so .

For battery calibration ,go playstore and search for this keyword ... U need to calibrate ur battery whenever u update ur firmware . to get more accurate battery life .

its a low end phone with 720p screen only ...and snapdragon 615

For low-end users like our parents Sounds like good battery life with 720p, Snapdragon 615 and 4000mAh battery.

Not sure about SD card slot. Hopefully they won't remove it like how they did with RN3, since it's metal unibody design.

my dad prefer RN 3g , 5.5" lcd good for old man

Using AP set here, flashed to 7.1.1, SOT 4hours every time per charge, brightness auto. Dual sim and 4G on, wifi also... LOL!!!!!!!!! not prime version.....

Did you root to underclock CPU? I only get 3 hours per charge, 20% brightness, dual sim with 4G + Wifi.

no need underclock or root one....by the way, i did a clean flash la...i use miflash to overwrite every thing. AP comes with alot bloatware...LOL so im now running on global 7.1 version.

if got have battery drain, maybe u can turn off micloud sync. i do found that actually drain battery
