Mostly the 1st and 2nd night can be stressful.... instead of catfood, try and tempt it with mealworms.

Coconut at Malacca.... so I guess it would be a problem if got no way to come down to PJ....

I think RC babycat would help coz it is tastier and easier to digest.

My hedgehog just started eating on my palm...smile.gif
I think the super mealworms will easily cause a hedgehog to gain weight. Coz it's heavier today. ^.^

Anybody toilet trained their hedgie b4???

broken_string is it "rc" is a brand name?
Because the cat food that i feed now, already change the taste already, like abit salty, and my hedgehog also feel like that and not eat much.

Need to find another brand cat food to change. Anyone here can suggest me? I have try Purina, look like quite ok.

most of us here are on 'royal canin babycat 34/royal canin kitten'. some are on 'orijen cat food'. lyn forumer - white palace is sellin that. orijen's better since it's higher in protein & less fat compared to 'rc's line.
hedgehogs are insectivores so they don't take fruits. they're not a fruit bat na ><!

Hedgehogs can take fruits. In the wild, they eat berries and young shoots when insects are low.

In captivity, they would rather eat the catfood that is supplied. Not many would take fruits. Out of my 3 hedgehogs, only 1 would lick fruit puree that I make for my sugar gliders.
