I owned a Persona Elegance Auto and fully agreed with everything you mentioned but bold sentences here. Grip actually depends on the tyres. More grip gives you confidence to push more. Both should be directly proportional.

Kinda normal. This "full tank" is roughly around 35L ~ 37L right? The used car dealer took my 2010 Persona B-Line Pre Facelift for 15k. H-Line probably at least 20k?

Shud be around 35-37L .. it's normal then...do u think still possible to fetch around 24-25k? Since new persona just launched, might have impact on our car value.

Not sure. Have to get the used car dealer to give you a value, but I don't think it will be 24 to 25k. If they want a profit margin of around 3k they will have to sell the car at over 28k, which may be very difficult.

few days back sent my car to potong sc for alignment, balancing, and rotate tyre after observe some member praise their alignment is ok...
after got back my car feel the steering is lighter, and tyre is noisier, i thought it could be the rear tyre is like that, and now shift to front only i hear it. drive highway car is floating, then i guess tyre pressure could be overfilled so went to petrol station. to my surprise the meter showing around 46psi for both front tyre, and rear were 42psi. quickly suck out those excessive air and car back to normal (set front 35psi rear 33psi since tyres hot). when back home recheck again using tyre gauge front 37psi and rear 35psi so release air again.

any specific reason/recipe why potong sc overfilling tyre by such huge margin? i'm lucky the tyre didn't blew when on highway..

Just now they call me ask feedback, I terus complain this problem.. I'm not frustrated but more intend for them to take action to avoid possible tyre burst for others.
But the other party sounds like robot replying "official answer" sort of (if you encountered any further issue, please do not hesitate to contact us again...)

only check pressure when the tyre is cold, the reason why the reading is 37psi when check is home due to hot air being develop during driving.

i observed usually 3-4 psi more when hot, so 37 psi - 3 = 34 when cold, still a bit too high isn't it? usually i set 30-32 psi when cold
