Thanks for letting me know, congratulation on your hse. Anyway can I confirm with you a few thing as Lakeville is build on a commercial title/land.

1. The minimum water bill fee will be Rm36/month instead of RM6/month?

2. Maintenance fee? Some website put RM0.35, some website put RM0.30, some agent told me below RM0.30.

3. Internet - Is Unifi or Time available there? If there yes then would we pay normal residential rate or business rate?

1. Idk about water bill, I have no info for it, need to wait for VP. I think its either JMB will bill or Jabatan Air bill you. This is not under Selangor so expect no subsidy.

2. Maintenance fee is around RM216.50 to RM217 per month, I already paid advance deposit for 4 months. Sri Wahyu have swimming pool so maintenance is a bit high.

3. Any ISP should be available since new building usually already have fibre infra built in. Since its residential you can opt for residential rate.

If any bill comes to on residential rate, just go to respective department and ask them to change to residential rate.

iinm for internet billing rate is up to you to opt which rate you want to go. just apply for residential rate.

Outstanding maintenance fees wont be much. Block D just VP like for 6 months only.
And this outstanding maintenance fees is covered by the auction bank.
