rental is more elastic, rise or drop faster than price. if current market sentiment persists, price will follow rental.

long term economic equilibrium always prevail.

How's the workmanship for Lakeville Residence?

I always heard bad comments about Mah Sing, but I want to know about how owners feel on Lakeville Residence after staying there.

From my understanding, not all 'Mah Sing' property are built by Mah Sing, usually subcontracted to smaller developers to build. Most big name developer like this.

not true to say so.. developer holds the responsibility regardless of how they project manage it

Developers hold the quality control of their project no matter who they hired to built. But in my experience and Mah Sing project purchased by friends aqround, a big NO from me.

anyone here also staying at lakeville? i stay at tower F, the signal for maxis is so bad, anyone facing the same issue ? is this normal or different expectation ?

Normal..complaint to Maxis..tower is too far..and new tower installation delay due to covid 19..bullshit.. rclxub.gif

Got FB group. Got 2 group:
1 is owner own controlled as admin.
Another 1 is controlled by Mah Sing. This i think no need join. Selected posting and comment. Waste time.

If still not resolve then complain to MCMC with speed test prove, MCMC will then instruct telco to resolve within 30 days
