not really good luck la... their private unit really way better than the rumawip... haha.... 70% furnishing... and facilities really berlambak... lolz... and rumawip will only compete market value with them after 10 years... lolz...

if draw strait line actually only 600m radius from PPA1M and about 2km from Lakeville, yes if you drive out Jalan ipoh turn up mrr2 is about 4km
but pollution go strait line.

even the incinerator success oppose and drop like Bukit payong incinerator that place also not a nice place to stay
the waste transfer station is terrible managed by alam flora

Yes you are right there is one at metropolitan lake, and another one per screenshot shared above (which is located at north west from eco sky) and becomes our interests for lakeville project. Those are new and work in progress/proposals to finalise its deployments.

It's sensitive to discuss further (in tender stage) I think the info is suffice for us to analyze and hedge our interests than knowing minimal and in the dark. All the best bro.

i think the road to KL is not an issue ,
developer confirmed build the road to jalan kepong and residence here no need to go to batu caves roundabout for U turn .

main issue just the incinerator things .

rumawip maintenance fee confirm is 0.25 ? actually quite a lot for affordable house. hope can be maximum 0.22

sorry guys, im late regarding this project, is the lakeville residence a rumahwip project ? what the difference between both of them? are they the same or different block? i am abit confused coz i did research online all they talk is lakeville, but when i go rumahwip project the location is lakeville? @.@

Hi guys, just get reply from agent. He said the government will cover, but we have to pay our self first. He say ask the lawyer how to claim it back when signing the S&P.
