1st VP for owner has been made yesterday, and I just went to my unit at Sri Wahyu, my actual VP is next week but I followed owner that have VP-ed his house coz I want to have a look around
FYI, the address is sometimes regarded as Lakeville Residence Tower G instead of Sri Wahyu the unit is standard 805 sqft with no balcony, refer attached for the rough measurement of the house my unit is a basic unit worksmanship is fine for Sri Wahyu, can be better but its okay with me I heard upgraded unit (add 30k) provided by MahSing is not up their expectation such as different tiles used for living, dining and kitchen area vs tiles in the room (2x2 tiles vs 400m tiles), the cabinet built without sink, and wardrobe cabinet is not full height there is another development in progress nearby LV and SW, which is Lake City they hire worker to sort trash at lake nearby, and they taken care of nearby area of the project I give it 10 years, probably this area will boom due to this Lake City project Attached thumbnail(s) |
