Yeah, must diversify. Cannot put all telur in one industry.

UOADev is a good stock, but too bad I didn't invest when it was down a couple of times.
Overall, mgmt, finance, sales and leasing are good.
PS: There is more projects to come for Bangsar South area and elsewhere.
If I recall correctly, EPF also raised their stake.

I was looking at Matrix last time. Same people running KMLoong. They know their stuff well.

Yeah, UOA management team really can be trusted. I was considering to dump all or part of UOAREIT and switch to UOADEV, which incidentally also holds significant % of UOAREIT.

If you had invested in UOAD, would you have opt to received your dividends in cash or to be reinvested in their shares?

I know some people who bought a lot of UOAD shares and opt for the latter.

Unker Fred Tam forecasted based on his charts... that USD will continue to fly up versus MYR and O&G price per barrel will go down further. So assuming... the above still maintains throughout 2016, then I guess the Export theme will continue to rock on cool2.gif

But, what are the odds for a black swan effect or a even Murphy's law to happen somewhere along the year. hmm.gif

Nah....tongue.gif
I just think it's just normal stock action.

and in regards to the ringgit...
I had always feel that it's the weakness of the ringgit rather than the strength of the USD as the main issue.
If the ringgit fundamental was good, I reckon with the weakness of the oil and the commodities, we should at worst, trade around 3.70-3.80 region.....

sad.gif

CCB?

Not comfortable with its business (though I have to say that their Mercs are selling relatively hot but then come 2016, the new models will be out and it should be carrying higher prices (point to note is Honda has already announced its new price list for 2016 and the prices are already higher), so if you would to access the risk involved, you should probably need to address the possible price hike and the impact on the buyers )

And I would pay attention to the MAA Monthly Vehicle Sales Data.

ps: don't try to play every single stock my friend.
ps: for example, if you had stick to just one (like rubber) .... don't you think it would be more than enough? why bother screwing so many when the one and only one is more than enough? tongue.gif

Haha the fundamentals and potential Upside is more tempting. Of coz there's concern on weakening customer sentiment but the target segment is the upper middle class and so far past few months sales has been quite consistent.

Rubber is good but I have doubts on the remaining upside. My current sensing is 20-30% more. But for this ccb is 70% IF market wld continue to values it solely based on the next 1-2q performance

Ah yes, the sales is good and if not mistaken, I feel that the main reason is that they did not raise price and in fact, discounts were huge, more so this month. represents year end, which means thet need to clear all the current year models.

This is why the sales are generally good and I won't be a bit surprise if cars like Mercs and Beemers outperform again. And yes CCB's next numbers should be good.

Moving ahead, come 2016. It's all new models and all the models would see peice increase cos they have to factor in the higher Euro.....

Anyways.....

Good luck and Happy New Year!!!!

Point about rubber...

Remember my main trading....

The big money is in the waiting...
You wait to buy ...
You wait to sell....
In the middle.....you wait.

laugh.gif tongue.gif

Anyways...
Point is...
It was about 7.80 or less....
When we talked about it.....
Look at it now....

That's my point....
You don't need to keep switching stocks......
