Although we retailers think there is a slowdown.. but there are a tonne of projects being launched or will be launching soon.

Need to see who to place your bet with that has the highest probability of no handbrake to skyrocket to the heavens for ST, MT or LT.
Those with high profit margins, good cashflow, strong reputation for efficiency, branding and those when launch project, confirm can sell-out 80 to 90% units in a short time with little problem with the receivables.

And... doesn't necessarily mean you need to invest in a pure property counter... there are a lot of hybrids or those with multiple principal activities. So your risk is mitigated to some extent...

FSL aka Coldeyes is another super investor. More known to those who read Nanyang Siang Pau, he was formerly an Editor there.
Now invest full time like a boss~
He wrote a book or two, which I heard is quite good. Too bad, I can't read Mandarin haha.
You can check out KCChong's write-up about him in I3.
I'm sure you will learn something along the way.

Actually, there are a lot of other superinvestors out there which are either super low profile or almost no profile at all hahaha.

pink spider and tehoice check out Penta. I think this counter quite undervalued at the moment. The potential or upside is quite good.

No, I did not top up. Seems like many people sold the news on this counter. Also, today's market crash in China did not help. If pohuat goes back to 1.90, i may be interested since export stocks will still do well in 2016. But I think it will go up a bit tomorrow

Mitra, i have sold the bonus warrants and bonus shares at around 1.26. The rest I keep. Seems like this counter has lose some steam after the bonus issues of warrants and stocks. Should have diversified also into Gadang

Consolidating now.... sudah naik 50% since Aug'15 and after the bonus issues.
I assume u say sien coz either u bought around 1.17 pre or post bonus issue. So there isn't much movement from that point of view.

My 2 cent opinion which could be totally non-relevant.... is...
the insiders were accumulating from feb to july'15 solely for the bonus issue (note: i din go and check when was the initial proposal for the bonus issue ya)
the crash in aug'15 made things sweeter.
Doesn't make sense for the insiders to push the price pre-bonus even when the results are good for several quarters. Makes things too pricy and complicated.

So after bonus issue + crash in Aug, everyone makes money....

I don't see any stumbling blocks now on why the share price won't go up except for the following:
a. warrants play for the first block (25m) that are going to expire on July'16
b. reduction of billings for construction work (i'm ignoring the book orders of around 1.5b), assuming a big bulk was recognised from 2014 to the 3 qtrs of 2015. I don't see any news stating estimated % of completion for their projects. That can give us a rough gauge of remaining billings or revenue.


Good for u on for taking profit. Better to have return of capital back, which I assume u have rightfully used it for Pop the Huat d
I think even if we consider the extreme scenario of all warrants (new + old) being exercised, Mitra still seems good to me.
And yes, I'm eyeing Gadang too haha

Pink Spider Mitra and Gadang are the other two good "property" counters that I was looking at.... there should be a couple moarrrr.
