Is there any possibility the developer will change Inspirasi land title from leasehold to freehold like what happen to Met 1 and arte mont kiara?

I think by changing the title it will further increase the capital appreciation which good for the owner
And for developer it will further attract people to buy leftover unit
Plus i dont mind paying extra bucks to change from lease to freehold

it will be very hard to change the title once the land have been developing, normally it possible done before any project on the land~ so dont hope too much about it, better just find freehold project😅

I think is not possible to change the title from leasehold to freehold? If like this no more leasehold in Malaysia ady. Even Arte stated leasehold, so it is basically impossible, SA tell you can change?

KL MET was previously leasehold but now they advertised as freehold. I don't know how they managed to do that.

As far as I know, if the property is under con or completed with leasehold title, will remain leasehold, even convert only the land will be freehold, means building is still under leasehold.

Also will take few years to convert, some more no 100% promise can convert to freehold.

Land change title but then the building have its own title..
Never heard before
From what i understand, land title can be change if the owner willing to pay premium to local government except for certain land or area that the government have special interest to develop it the future. In that case, that particular area will remain leasehold

Decided to go for subsale in mont kiara

But frankly for own stay purpose i will go for inspirasi. Mont kiara is more liveable area compared to kerinchi

With paying premium not promise can get to convert leasehold to freehold also, from what I understand is if you wanna convert it, you have to convert before even submitted the building plan, but will take long time to convert.

Or you have special relationship with the government, if not usually the title will remain, like I said, if the convert rate is easy and success rate is high means no more leasehold land in Malaysia
