Depends on what type of tenants you are aiming for, for small family easier to rent out, but future hard to sell I think as the size in Mont Kiara considered small unit unless you aim back small family with lower budget, and most of the property in Mont Kiara is Freehold, Leasehold transaction take times and being minority in this area.

As the location just beside Mont Kiara International School(heard will have a entrance from the back), can easily found tenants, as far as I know most of the tenants renting in this area usually are big family, so bigger unit easier to rent out I guess?

So far no news on the kampung plot. But strong rumours that MRT if ever built in MK, will be along Jalan Kiara 4. And the only remaining plot of land in Jalan Kiara 4 is .... the kampung plot!

P/s I think Inspirasi may become “strategic” if authorities extends the road from TWY to JK4
